今天就是全球万众期待的第29届奥林匹克运动会，也是全球华人的注目，因为今年的盛事将会拉大队带领大家到中国北京，华人的地方，华人的骄傲。

虽然我平时都不是很喜欢中国，但是，我衷心地祝福及期待这场全球运动员的交流会, 我更希望这场赛事可以圆满的完成，不要再有任何的天灾人祸，真的要实现“一个世界，一个梦想。”

如果我可以为这场赛事付出的话，我希望我可以贡献我的福报，让赛事成功。你呢？如果你有机会贡献的话，你要贡献什么？

真心祝祷《2008北京奥林匹克运动会》成功进行，圆满落幕。北京，加油！！

This morning when I turned on MyFM, I suddenly heard MeiYan says faster, one minute left. That time still blur, wonder what left one minute?! After that when I heard a lot of peoples shouting together to welcome the only 08.08.08 08:08 in our life, only I realized, Oh Ya.. today is 080808, looking at the clock in my car, Oh.. its 08:08am.. 

No wonder so many peoples shouting, and I remember Jack Lim said, faster follow us said... zou san zou san ngor hai xxx.... Silly me, I really follow what they said, I am so touch and shouting my name.. ZOU SAN ZOU SAN, NGOR HAI JENICE :p ..... I cried out because if I late for 2 minutes, I will missed this time out once in a life time.

Uuhh.. what to do now, what to do now... haha.. I faster took out my handphone to call my dear... RingRing.. hello dear... I want to tell you I love you in 08.08.08 08:08 this moment ... .hahahahahhahaha.....

The morale of the story, this is not those fatt (8 in cantonese) fatt fatt fatt fatt type, but this is just a special day that you should greet together with your loves one.  Hey, I already wish my dearest, how about you? Have you wish your loves one and your family???

If you missed morning 8.08am, no worries, there is another chance for you tonite at 8.08pm...

Remember to wish ya.. and they will happy with your wishes....

Yes.. Yes.. You are right.. Tomorrow is 08..08..08...

Olympic game is back again. 

Everyone is waiting for this moment because this is the first time (if I am not mistaken) organized by a Chinese Country.
This morning I listened to MyFM, their question for us is: "What is your expectation to the Grand Opening tomorrow, which part of the Opening that you like the most and who will you watch the opening show together with?"

A lot of people call in and sms in to tell, want to watch with family la, husband/wife la, waiting for the fireworks la, our Malaysia team walk in to the stadium la, expect at least half of the human in this earth will watching this event together la, feel proud to be chinese la, this is the first time to us ma... bla bla bla... etc....

For me, unfortunately, I am not able to watch the Grand Opening on 08.08.08 8.08p.m. because I will be in temple for prayer.  What is in my mind now is keep finding a person who can replace me tomorrow, so that I would have a chance to sit down and watch the grand occasion. But you know la, everybody also wanted to stay at home to watch ma, where got people want to switch with me????

今天早上8.10迷迷糊糊中被爸爸叫醒 

“喂，你今天不用做工啊，8点多了啊！！”

 “啊，八点了？”继续躺回“幸好今天我的老板没有来公司！” 

“快点起来啊！”

 呜呜呜呜呜呜呜。。。 又要做工。 

最近不知道为什么非常非常的累，连看我最喜欢的《法证先锋2》我都会打瞌睡，我的生理时钟好像坏了！

 台湾回来后，每天还是过着忙碌的生活，验证了周华健的《忙、茫、盲》
。广东话有一句话说：盲头呜英（苍蝇），往（横）冲直撞；现在拿来形容我的处境是最好不过了。

《远走高飞》，你飞走了！

我是多么伤心绝望，本以为可以因为这次的积极而梦想成真。

每天都有浏览MyFM的网站，有一天，竟然让我看见Astro有一个新的节目叫做《远走高飞》，一向来想进摄影棚想到发烧的我，这一次怎么能不好好把握机会呢，说不定，我也可以有参与主持的一天呢。

于是，赶紧填妥表格，三个方式都用了，为的就是要顺利过关然后参与节目。三个方式就是email, fax 和 post 咯。怀着满心的期待，希望这封梦想的信可以顺利的寄到Astro节目手中。当时有点担心，再过几天就要飞台湾了，如果真的录取了他们又联络不到我，怎么办？没有那么巧吧，应该没那么快赛选的啦。我是如此的安慰自己。

台湾回来咯，哥哥很高兴的告诉我，他参加了Astro的一个节目选拔赛，荣幸的闯入了第二回合。哇，哥哥太厉害了，我总是觉得，他是吃定这行饭的人。

刚才哥哥跟我说，下个星期就会进录影棚录制第二回合，希望可以成功闯关。迷迷糊糊中，不知道他要去录影棚录什么节目，他只说，就是进去玩！！

我说，喂，最近浏览MyFM网站，颜微恩好像有了新的节目，不知道是不是你的那个。哥说：不是啦，我的是萧慧敏的《远走高飞》。

远走高飞？远走高飞？你为什么是上远走高飞？？？就等于说，我已经没有希望啦。

我的老朋友，你在哪里？最初的那棵心，你去了哪里？

 

要成为一个你认为自己很强的人，首先必须从简单走出不简单，平凡看见不平凡；

要怎样赢得别人的青睐及掌声呢？

当你能将一件很简单即平凡的事情做得非同凡响，你就能够赢得了掌声。

追根到底，还是得靠一件看起来很简单的事做得非常出色。

 

EQ管理的重要性在哪里？

当你可以很好的控制着自己的情绪，你便可以很理智的面对每件事情。

跟自己的潜意识沟通是一门很重要的学问，因为潜意识可以把你带到天堂，也可以把你摔到地狱。

忧郁症就是每天面对着自己起起伏伏的心情而造成的；

我们也可以这样说：拥有忧郁症的人，都是不懂得掌控自己EQ的人，你同意吗？

Thanks for giving me this opportunity to share my experience with Sentul YAD.
I'd found my future objective after I finished my 3 years duty with YAD.

Yeah, I should continue to help FGS to traine more public speaker as we really need YAD to walk out and attrack more youngster to join the group.

Previously, BBK eTeen plus YAD is the first badge (佛光帮）who been trainned by myself.  Now the second badge (佛光二班） is Sentul YAD.  Just finished second class with them yesterday and this is only a short term (5 weeks) sharing whereas for BBK YAD last time, is a on going course last for 3 months.

At Sentul, I can see a lot of talented person there, there have all the character like caring, sharing, learning, funny, humorous; all type of virtue, can find it in the group. The group is simply awesome especially their so keen to each other.  This is a real Young Adult Division compared to other youth group. I should call other youth group as Teen Group because their members all are just schooling kids.

There is a similarity between Sentul and BBK YAD, that's why we are so close to each other.  I hope all the pre-speaker members can stay till the last class, and I really wish I can see a Fo Guang SuperStar at the end.  I vow I still can see those speakers active in 10 years or 20 years later.

我做错了，因为我太无理取闹。
是我失去了耐性，还是我的宽容度小了？

最近发觉了一样不寻常的事情，每办一场活动，我肯定会压力的哭了起来。
是我的能力降低了，还是我周遭的压力增加了？

两年以来发觉自己很难沟通，然后就气得火冒三丈。
是我的控制能力降低了，还是我的火气增加了？

很想念满缘法师，突然就传了一个简讯给他。
是他给我的尺度很宽，还是我的眼线狭窄了？

有种很想赶快卸任的感觉，我太对不起佛教了。
是我的办事能力降低了，还是我三年的承受力满了？

MY FM, I love you so MUCH!!!!!

Ah Ma, Ngor Tuck Jorr La........

Finally, I got the entrance ticket for MyFM 10th Anniversary 百变宇宙。

我和圈圈要一起传照片到ＭＹＦＭ去，希望可以和他们一起走星光大道，圆了我的一场明星梦。
从小到大，我的嗜好就是讲话，讲讲讲讲，爱讲个不停，也演变成了我长大后希望可以站上台不停的讲。
佛光山给了我一个很好的舞台，让我踏遍全球；现在更渴望可以梦想成真，当一个Voice Talent。

听着，有谁认识这样的公司、或者这样的人，一定要介绍给我认识；我真的很想尝试 :p

我今天突然间觉得，我所拥有的好态度、好个性都回来了。

平时很喜欢和同事一起数臭老板，但今天当他又在数老板时，我竟然默不出声，也觉得没兴趣！
我以前就是这个样子，当别人在我的面前提起或说起别人的坏话时，我只是听，但从未参与、也不想参与意见；但当我加入这家公司后，我却莫名的讲的比别人多，总之就是批评的“要命”。顿时之间，我觉得，为什么我的人品突然那么糟？

今天好高兴，有种失而复得的感觉。
告诉你，有着品德高尚的个性，远远比耍性格来得重要。

你呢？你有性格，还是你很个性？
